This new handbook contains over 30,000 words, 219+ studies, visuals, and charts.
It took 6+ months to create and I’m so excited to have it out in the (web) world. I think it has the potential to change a lot of guys who are struggling with what to do with the bulking diet and take skinny guy’s bodies to the next level.
I’ve got plans to update this often in the upcoming weeks (the design imo is a WIP - and I plan to add an entire appendix/bonus section soon too, for everything that didn’t fit a particular chapter or wasn’t big enough to put as its own section.
I’m super happy with how The Bulking Diet Handbook turned out.

Our flagship course "The Skinny To Superhero Formula" has been in the making in one form or another for several years, and this is just the start of it - the whole system has been rebuilt, hours upon hours going into it.
So we aren't going anywhere and this the "new" start to an "old" site.
